The Cotwolds Victorian Home – Dining room and conservatory Interior Design

DINING ROOM AND CONSERVATORY INTERIOR DESIGN IDEAS

We have worked with this client for the past 2 years on various parts of their home.

Whilst designing the kitchen we were also tasked with re-designing the conservatory and dining area. We removed the dividing wall between the rooms opening up the space and to further emphasise the new flow we ran MANDARIN STONE XYLEM NATURAL PORCELAIN PLANKS throughout. To give a sense of warmth and to create a more private feel we boarded over the glass at one end of the conservatory. We papered this and the adjoining wall with textured wallpaper also in a herringboe pattern from NEWMOR WALL COVERINGS We had the banquet seating and cushions made in fabrics of our choice to create an eclectic feel as per the brief. We sourced the Tito drinks cabinet from Julian Chichester and placed Tom Dixon wall lights above. This conical shape helps link the lights to both the lights in the conservatory and the kitchen. We designed and sourced the table and juxtaposed it’s heft with slim Ercol chairs painted to our specifications. We placed original Fornasetti items around the space to give the quirky and unusual feel our client loves.
